Guildhall
Northwest was founded in 1999 as a "collaborative learning community"
attached to the private studio of John Machlan, a master goldsmith with
nearly forty years of professional experience in his craft. In
addition to offering a number of short classes in traditional and
not-so-traditional technique throughout the year, Guildhall Northwest
also sponsors:
- weekly Open Studio to pursue your own projects,
- regular field trips to places of mutual interest, and
- annual "perceived value" parties called Concours.
